These should not be alternatives to smoking. They may be a “lesser evil”, but nicotine can still do a lot of damage, even without the dangers that smoke brings. It hardens your veins and heart muscles, and allows the build-up of fat deposits around your heart.

It is also advisable that you find a support group to help you along your journey. Having someone who understands what you are going through might help make your burden lighter. Getting the people closest to you to help you in smoking cessation health benefits is also a good idea, and it may also be something that you can do together as a team if they are smokers, too.

Electronic cigarettes is good thing because people get 4000 less of dangerous component from tobacco smoke. However, it still not panacea because it still contain nicotine!
